Has been leading the MACLENNAN-LSE WATERPROOFING surveying team since 2001.
Dave started in the Remedial industry in the early 70’s and was a founder of Renlon Preservation. Along with the other directors he built the company up to be the largest most successful company in London.
Dave Left Renlon in 1991 and worked for himself as a surveyor before joining Terminix Peter Cox .In 2001 Dave joined LSE Building Preservation to head up the surveying team.

Based nr Bristol

Tim is a Chartered Surveyor but took the remedial route 20 years ago working for companies in the West Country.

Tim joined the MACLENNAN-LSE WATERPROOFING surveying team in 2006 and has been a valuable team member and is developing our business in the Southwest.
