MACLENNAN-LSE WATERPROOFING were contacted by the Architects to assist in the design of the waterproofing of the new council office is Salisbury. The design was particularly complex as many of the walls inside were to be face concrete, but because of the intended construction a Type A system was out of the question.

For areas were an internal system could not be used. A Type A membrane ( GRACE Preprufe) was used combined with a Type B PVC water bar was used (GRACE Servitite )

The remainder of the basement was waterproofed using the MACLENNAN-LSE WATERPROOFING cavity drain system. Which was finished with plasterboard adhered over the membrane.
