LSE take the risk out of new build waterproofing for Architects engineer’s, contractors and homeowners

LSE design, supply and install waterproofing systems to comply with BS8102. All designs are covered by our Professional Indemnity insurance and all installations are covered by our products insurance and long term insured guarantees.

Not all guarantees are equal. LSE are one of the very few companies who can offer genuine insured guarantees for waterproofing that covers labour and materials. We are FSA registered Agents for the GPI insurance so you know that unlike most waterproofing companies we have been properly vetted and offer genuine insured guarantee. Installation is carried out by our teams of dedicated qualified Fully employed (No sub-contractors) installers.

WE CAN DESIGN WATERPROOFING FOR ANY SITUATION

We carry out type “A” Tanking & “C” cavity drainage waterproofing using Newton Membranes Delta Membranes and Grace Products, Fosroc and Vandex systems.

For new build basements we favour the cavity drain membrane system with drainage, sumps and pumps.
The system is completely reliable and is guaranteed for 10 years. After which time the guarantee can be renewed for a further 10 years if required.
The system has a great many advantages over all other water proofing systems. It is also normally less expensive. Minimal preparation is required.
