Internal Waterproofing.

Maclennan-LSE cavity drain system is one method that is used with great efficiency. Water is drained via a profiled plastic membrane to a plastic drainage channel.
The system also requires a profiled plastic floor membrane, along with natural drainage or pumps.

External Waterproofing

External Waterproofing also known as External tanking is a method of stopping water intrusion through the sub-structure by the use of a waterproof membrane which will conform to Type A Construction (BS8102:2009).
Consideration to the form of construction should be taken when selecting a external tanking system.

Cement Slurry Waterproofing

Cement slurry, a cementitious mortar/plaster, is a unique product. Being a premixed formulation of plastic modified hydraulically setting powder it gives a water-tight protection to the substrate.
Cement slurry contains no toxic or harmful chemicals and is used extensively when rendering houses, commercial and industrial buildings, and in particularly where waterproofing and high impact resistance is required.
