The building was very damp and cold and the Salvation Army needed to refurbish the building as a comfortable place of worship.

LSE proposed the Delta Membrane system 500 with thermal insulation boards over.

LSE fitted the Delta Membrane system 500 from floor to ceiling to provide a dry surface to fit the thermal insulation boarding.
 
 The finished building is now warmer and dry, the Delta Membrane is guaranteed for a period of 30 years
