Basement Systems

 

In soil retaining situations such as basements and vaults etc, our very experienced MACLENNAN-LSE WATERPROOFING waterproofing surveyors will specify one of the many systems that we use.



The system selection depends on the required finish, the proposed use of the basement and and level of water proofing required.

For basement conversions we favour the cavity drain membrane system with drainage, sumps and pumps.

All membrane junctions, fixing points, service entries and other protrusions are sealed with the Delta or Newton range of sealing products.  


Our Technical staff are available to give advice in this respect.


Our surveyors are qualified at the British School of Waterproofing and all specifications are drawn up to BS8102 requirements.
